Podere Sant'Anna is immersed in the beautiful Parma countryside, just a few kilometres from the city centre.
The complex, dating back to the late 19th century and consisting of the manor house, barn and stable, has been renovated by the Carra family in respect of the original architectural style, with great attention to detail, creating a charming and welcoming location.
We invite you to spend a day at our Podere to personally experience the tranquillity and wonder of the countryside.

Podere Sant'Anna, although renovated, preserves its original structure and now offers cosy and refined surroundings, just as cosy and familiar is the service reserved for guests. Podere Sant'Anna is the ideal place for your parties with family or friends.
Art in all forms
At Podere Sant'Anna, the passion for art and nature leads to the recovery of centuries-old trees, bringing them to life in wood sculptures creating surprising geometries of nature, as in the photo opposite, the latest natural sculpture (The Groove).
